Sales Manager for Banking IT Solutions

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager with a background in selling IT solutions to financial market participants (banks, fintech companies, payment or electronic money institutions) who is eager to contribute to the implementation of innovative technological solutions in the financial sector.

This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable with active sales, can manage the full sales cycle, and is able to translate complex financial solutions into clear business value for clients.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Active B2B sales of IT solutions to financial market participants
  • Prospecting and working with potential business clients

  • Product presentations, needs analysis, and proposing the most suitable solutions

  • Preparation of tailored commercial offers and contracts, clearly communicating value to clients

  • Full sales cycle management from initial contact to successful deal closure

  • Leading negotiations and building long-term relationships with business clients

  • Ensuring high-quality, long-term cooperation with clients

  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events

  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and integration

  • Analysis of sales results, contribution to sales strategy improvement, and implementation of best practices

What We Expect from You:

  • Higher education (preferably in business, finance, or IT)
  • At least 2 years of experience selling IT solutions to the financial sector
  • Understanding of financial market participants and the regulatory environment
  • Ability to negotiate with decision-makers (C-level executives, IT, Compliance)
  • Strong active sales skills and a clear results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to clearly present financial solutions to business clients
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)

Salary

  • €2,500 – €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies
