Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager with a background in selling IT solutions to financial market participants (banks, fintech companies, payment or electronic money institutions) who is eager to contribute to the implementation of innovative technological solutions in the financial sector.
This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable with active sales, can manage the full sales cycle, and is able to translate complex financial solutions into clear business value for clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Prospecting and working with potential business clients
Product presentations, needs analysis, and proposing the most suitable solutions
Preparation of tailored commercial offers and contracts, clearly communicating value to clients
Full sales cycle management from initial contact to successful deal closure
Leading negotiations and building long-term relationships with business clients
Ensuring high-quality, long-term cooperation with clients
Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and integration
Analysis of sales results, contribution to sales strategy improvement, and implementation of best practices
