Project Manager

Hi, shall we be colleagues? We invite YOU, Project Manager, to join our team (Maternity cover)!

Responsibilities:

• You will work on projects of our clients - existing and new financial institutions companies, in the design, implementation and development stages of banking software,
• You will be responsible for the implementation of the project - team work planning and organizing, organising the work, meeting deadlines and project scope,
• You will communicate and collaborate with representatives of financial institutions on their projects, maintaining project documentation and relevant communication.

Your Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of practical experience in project management in IT, telecommunication, insurance, audit company, bank or fintech company,
• Higher education in IT, economics, management or other exact sciences,
• Experience in project management plan development, project phasing, risk assessment and working with project tools,
• Experience in communication and cooperation with top managers,
• Practical experience in working directly with clients,
• Communication skills in English language (at the level of C1 - C2).

Would be an advantage:

• Work experience in Agile/Scrum methodology,
• One or more project management certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), CompTIA Project+, PRINCE2®.

Salary

• 2200-3000 €/month before tax.
  The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
