Sales Manager for Financial Services

We are looking for an active, proactive, and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in selling financial or banking services. The ideal candidate is capable of developing a strong B2B client and partner network and is motivated to contribute to the success of a growing, dynamic organization.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Active B2B sales of financial and/or banking services
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients and partners
• Developing and managing a partner network (intermediaries, business partners, referral channels)
• Understanding clients’ financial service needs and clearly communicating the value of the company’s solutions
• Managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Market and customer needs analysis, and continuous improvement of sales proposals
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the best possible client experience

What We Expect from You:

• Higher education (in business, finance, marketing, or a related field)
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience working with financial, banking, or payment services
• Understanding of financial products and the regulatory environment
• Ability to independently build and expand a partner network
• Strong self-management, planning, and goal-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to clearly present the value of solutions to business clients
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)

Salary

• €2,000 – €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies
